Refund/Return Policy:

Thank you for your purchase of our tote bag. We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their orders. Please review our refund/return policy below:

Refunds:

We only offer refunds in the event that the tote bag arrives damaged during shipping. If your tote bag is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide photographic evidence clearly showing the damage to the tote bag caused during shipping.

Once we receive and verify the proof of damage, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Returns:

We do not accept returns for our tote bags unless they arrive damaged during shipping. All sales are final.

3. Shipping Costs: We offer flat-rate shipping within the EU. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
